Linq Blue Purchase Agreement

By purchasing Linq Blue by Linq App Inc. (“Linq”), you agree to comply with Linq’s Terms of Service & Sale, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
You acknowledge that Apple, mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile), or the message recipient may consider SMS, RCS, or iMessages to be unwanted and may block such communications at their discretion.
Linq will make reasonable efforts to work with you to support message deliverability. However, Linq is not responsible for any delivery failures, blocking, filtering, or other actions taken by third parties or services outside of Linq’s control.
