Linq App Inc. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Messaging Services to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (“spam”) or any content in violation of applicable anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, CASL, GDPR).
• Send messages that are false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive.
• Send harassing, abusive, threatening, or hateful content.
• Send obscene, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate material.
• Transmit malware, viruses, phishing content, or other harmful code.

• You must obtain and maintain valid consent from recipients before sending any messages, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Recipients must be provided with an easy way to opt out of receiving further messages, and opt-out requests must be honored promptly.

• Messages must be relevant to the recipient and consistent with the context in which consent was obtained.
• All marketing and promotional messages must clearly identify the sender and include required disclosures under applicable regulations.
• Use of iMessage, RCS, SMS, or email for high-risk or emergency notifications must comply with all carrier, platform, and legal requirements.

• You are responsible for protecting recipient data and must not share or sell contact information without consent.
• All data must be handled in accordance with Linq App Inc.’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

• Linq App Inc. reserves the right to monitor compliance, investigate violations, and suspend or terminate access to Messaging Services without notice for any breach of this Policy.
• Violations may also result in legal action and/or reporting to regulatory authorities.

We may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Messaging Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
