No! Linq is free to use. We do offer advanced features through Linq One for $29/month or $249/year but it is a completely optional upgrade.
Our cards are programmed via NFC and can only be used with Linq accounts. We use special UUID's so that these cards can only be activated and used with the Linq app. So these shouldn't be able to be reprogrammed, and it is completely safe.
No, the other person doesn’t need the Linq app! They can tap your product or scan your QR code, and your info instantly appears—no app required. If they have the app, it opens automatically and adds you both to each other’s contacts.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns and Exchanges:
We replace items and pay the return shipping if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size was sent. If you ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for paying the return shipping.
