  1. Returns for Defective Items: Our commitment to delivering top-quality custom items is unwavering. If, by any chance, you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we can offer a replacement or full refund for returned items.

Return for Customization Issues: If the item received does not meet the agreed-upon customization specifications,please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will work with you to replace and reprint it correctly to your satisfaction. We may ask for the item to be returned to our office to address what happened during the printing process.
  3. No Returns for Change of Mind: Considering the personalized nature of our custom items, returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not possible. We encourage you to thoroughly review all customization details before confirming your order, enabling us to commence crafting your item promptly.
  4. Communication on Specifications: To expedite the process and guarantee that your custom item exceeds your expectations, we rely on comprehensive and precise specifications during the ordering process. Your timely and detailed communication ensures that we can swiftly proceed with crafting your custom piece, reflecting our dedication to your satisfaction. If you placed an order that you feel we may need more details on, please notify us immediately! We strive to be the fastest custom NFC option on the market so this means the sooner we hear from you, the more likely chance we have to correct any issue. 

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your order within 1-2 business days of purchase, as long as we haven't started making your custom item yet. If you need to cancel after this time, there's a 10% cancellation fee to cover the cost of materials and work put into your unique item. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
